Wendy Gossett, Relationship and Temperament Specialist has worked with many Fortune 500 Companies as a trainer and facilitator to help employees gain self-awareness, as well as an understanding of their co-workers. In addition to her expertise in the area of temperament, Wendy has a master’s degree in education, with over 20 years of experience in all areas of training. She can custom design a three hour workshop or a three day retreat full of meaningful, inclusive learning and interaction that is engaging for all personality types..

Team Building Workshops are for schools, corporations, or churches of six or more employees and are a minimum of two hours but can be expanded into a time frame that works best for your organization. Team Building Workshops can be faith-based or non-faith based.

I have personally experienced the disappointment of thinking I have reached the top of a mountain, only to realize it is yet another false summit masquerading as the peak. In business these false summits can be discouraging and even make us quit. In this talk, Wendy discusses what the most common false summits are and how to overcome them using temperament psychology and neuroscience concepts.

A workshop/retreat for women who want to rediscover and accept their TRUE Designer self, so that they can find TRUE friendship, first with themselves, then others.

Participants will:

Take the Inner Drive Assessment to gain a deeper insight into themselves to discover whether they are the Ox, Lion, Eagle or Human temperament.
Reflect upon the complexities and joys of female friendship. Learn about other temperaments such as introverts, extroverts, thinkers, feelers, rebels and rule followers and how these temperaments can best complement each other.
Enjoy being grouped with others who share their same personality traits for more self-awareness and insight.
Participate in group activities that will help them understand the complicated people in their life.
Take away valuable materials they can reference over and over again.

Seeing Your Kids from the Inside Out

Parents often feel guilty because they can see the weaknesses in their children more clearly than their strengths. Home life is chaotic because their kids seem too aggressive, defiant, overly sensitive, hyperactive or distractible. Dealing with these problems can cause working parents to feel additional stress in their work roles. Helping them to recognize and embrace their children’s strengths will cause the weaknesses to fade from view and peace to re-enter the home. Temperament Psychology has been advancing over the years and currently can be validated through neuroscientific brain maps. When parents know how their child is wired from the inside out they can relax and go with the flow of their child’s temperament versus paddling against the tide by trying to change who they were born to be.

We were butting heads constantly and I knew I had to figure out a different way to parent her by learning and focusing on her strengths, Recognizing and embracing your children’s strengths will cause the weaknesses to fade from view.
